The Light of Love
The Ocean of the Other

The Paths of the Heart

This is a lavish production that includes a 28-page booklet explaining the significance of emotional intelligence. In addition you can read about the background of and steps to each of the three techniques.
The guided-meditation CDs that comprise Paths of the Heart help us access our inner source of love (The Light of Love), to experience the heart’s many different expressions (The Creativity of the Heart), and to connect with another in the space beyond words (The Ocean of the Other).

The Light of Love
This method is based on the understanding that we cannot give love to others unless we love ourselves first. The first four stages, which are passive, enable you to access the source of love and to fill yourself with love; the final stage is of dancing, as you share the love, joy and silence that you are feeling.

The Creativity of the Heart
The heart is in the source of all creativity. Once it is open and flowing, the heart’s natural longing is to express itself in a multitude of forms.
This method allows you to experience some of these, including inner “watching” – the ability to simply observe a feeling, instead of suppressing it or being drowned in it. It restores emotional mastery to you.

The Ocean of the Other
However open our heart, when we relate to others there are times when words, rather than creating bridges, become barriers.
This technique, to do as a couple, allows us to move beyond the limitation of words and to connect energetically with the other – be they colleague, friend or beloved—so that we re-experience our essential oneness.
